I also hold specialties for New Zealand (Kiwi), Fiji (Matai), Great Britain (BritAgent, ScotsMaster), Ireland (Shamrock Club) and most recently the Eastern European areas of the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland. I am the single agent, however, I work closely with 30 other independent agencies who assist me when I become extremely busy. Typically, my office hours are 9-5 M-F, however, because I work out of my home office, I am accessible almost 24 hours a day. Yes, I meet with clients after scheduled office hours. I charge a fee dependent on the complex nature of the trip. I charge $100 for one visit to plan the trip. The deposit is dependent on the trip. The usual price is $300 per person, non-refundable. The final payment is typically due 45 days before travel. The cancellation policy is dictated by the supplier used. 40 days or more means loss of deposit, 15-39 days the loss is 20%, 4-14 days, the loss is 35% and less than 4 days, 60%. I also work with some companies that offer a 3% when using cash/check instead of a credit cards. I accept all major credit cards. I should be contacted at least 30 days prior to travel, dependent on the complex nature of the trip.
